The equipment is designed to fit easily into most boardrooms or open areas without disrupting your team. I handle all setup, lighting adjustments and workflow so the process feels efficient and comfortable for everyone being photographed. This approach allows your staff to step in for their portrait with minimal time away from their workday while still receiving polished, consistent images aligned with your brand.

  • Yes. I photograph conferences that include different breakout rooms, keynote presentations, panel discussions and networking receptions. My approach is structured around your agenda so every important session and speaker is covered without gaps. I will stay in close contact with your coordinator so I know where to be and when, and I capture the key moments that matter most to your delegates, sponsors and organizing team. This includes speakers on stage, audience engagement, branded signage, and the natural interactions that reflect the energy of the conference.

  • Yes. For events and conferences, I deliver a curated set of highlights within a few hours or by the next morning so your team can post updates on social media or share content internally or with sponsors and attendees.

  • Corporate teams often work on tight timelines. Event galleries are delivered within ten business days and headshot galleries are delivered within five business days. If you need images sooner, it is possible I can offer a faster turnaround option if given enough notice at time of booking.

  • A signed agreement and a retainer are required to confirm the session or event date.
