When you bring me in to photograph your wedding, I’m not just showing up with a camera. I’m showing up for you. I’ll move through your day quietly, thoughtfully, and ready to catch it all. The big moments. The small glances. Everything in between. You will not need to perform or pretend. I’ll guide you when it helps, step back when it matters, and make sure what is important to you is what comes through.

What to Expect When
You Book Me As Your Wedding Photographer

Here’s how things unfold once you reach out, all the way through to the day your gallery arrives.


1. We Connect
Start by filling out my contact form with your date, location, and anything else you want to share. From there, we will book a call to get to know each other. I will ask about your story, what kind of wedding you are planning, and what is most important to you. After I will recommend what package I feel is best for you, and if nothing quite fits with what you are looking for, i’ll build something custom that fits your needs perfectly.

2. Make It Official
Once you have reviewed your quote and everything feels good, I will send over your contract and booking details. Once the contract is signed and your retainer is received, we are officially locked in!

3. Add an Engagement Session (Optional)
This part is completely up to you, but I have to say that it is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding. We will meet at a location that feels right, find good light, and take relaxed portraits that reflect your connection. It is also a great chance for us to spend time together before the big day.

4. All the Planning Touchpoints
A few months before your wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to make sure I have all the important details. Closer to your wedding date, like a week or two before, we will also schedule another call to walk through your timeline, talk through logistics, and make sure everything feels easy and clear.

5. The Wedding Day
This is where you get to be fully present. I will be there documenting the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between. I will guide you when it helps and step back when it matters. Your only job is to take it all in and fully enjoy your day.

6. A Few Early Favourites
Within 24 hours, I will send over a small set of preview images so you have something to hold onto while I finish editing your full gallery. Your full collection will be ready within eight weeks.

7. Album Design (Optional)
If you choose to include an album, I will design a layout that tells your day as it unfolded. It is a beautiful way to keep your photos close and create something lasting you can pass down.

8. The Full Gallery
Once your gallery is ready, you will receive a private online collection where you can view, download, and share all your images. If you’ve ordered an album, it will arrive shortly after.
