Elopements and smaller weddings have become some of the most meaningful days I get to photograph. These celebrations usually range from three to five hours and often include the ceremony, portraits, family photos, and a bit of the reception. Every wedding is different, and I’m always happy to create a package that suits your plans.

What to Expect When You Elope with Me
Here’s a look at what the experience is like, from your first message to the moment you’re flipping through your album.
1. We Connect
Fill out my contact form and tell me about your plans—where you are getting married, when, and anything else you want to share. From there, we’ll book a quick call to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your story, your ideas, and what matters most to you. After that, I’ll send over a custom quote tailored just for your day.
2. We Make It Official
Once you’ve reviewed the quote and everything looks good, I’ll send over a contract and booking details. Once that is signed and your retainer is in, your date is officially reserved. I’m yours.
3. Add an Engagement Session (Optional)
This part is totally up to you, but I always love a chance to photograph you before the wedding. We’ll meet at a beautiful spot, find good light, and take relaxed photos that reflect your connection. These sessions help you feel more at ease in front of the camera and give you a collection of easygoing images you can use for save the dates or just for yourself.
4. Getting Ready Behind the Scenes
I’ll send you a short questionnaire to gather all the final details. From timing and locations to the little things you might not have thought of, we’ll cover it all. We will also jump on one more call to walk through the day together and make sure it all feels smooth and easy.
5. Your Wedding Day
This is where you get to just be in it. You focus on what the day is really about. I will take care of the rest. Whether it is just the two of you or a small group of loved ones, I’ll be there to document the whole story with care and calm.
6. A Few Early Favourites
Within 24 hours, I will send you a few sneak peeks so you can soak it all in while the rest of your images are being edited. Your full gallery will be ready within eight weeks.
7. Album Design (Optional)
If you decide to create an album, I will design a custom layout that tells your story page by page. It is a beautiful way to keep your images close and turn them into something you can share and revisit again and again.
8. The Full Reveal
The moment your gallery is ready, I’ll send over everything in a private online collection. You can download, share, and enjoy the images from anywhere. If you’ve ordered an album, it will follow soon after.

“Jessica was the photographer for my small wedding at home in November. I worried that having a small wedding (just officiant, parents and siblings) would mean the photographer would stand out in an awkward way during the ceremony, but there was absolutely nothing to fear there. Jessica was discreet and professional and captured our intimate ceremony with such care and understanding of our needs. She shared in our joy in a lovely way and it shone through in her photographs.”
